Walter Siti

Walter Siti, born in Modena in 1947, is a writer, literary critic, and academic. He has taught contemporary Italian literature at various Italian universities and edited the works of Pier Paolo Pasolini for Mondadori’s «I Meridiani» series. He made his fiction debut with Scuola di nudo (1994) and gained acclaim with titles such as Troppi paradisi (2006), Il contagio (2008), and Resistere non serve a niente (Strega Prize 2013). In 2025, he published I figli sono finiti.
