Giuliano Sangiorgi
Italian composer, singer, and musician – founder, in 2000, of the rock-pop band Negramaro. Negramaro debuted at “Festival di Sanremo” in 2005, gathering their early success. From 2003 to 2020, they published seven studio albums, one live album, and over thirty singles. Sangiorgi worked with several Italian musicians as Gianni Morandi, Andrea Bocelli, Laura Pausini, Malika Ayane, and Patty Pravo. In 2009 he co-created and produced with Jovanotti Domani 21/04.2009, a song project written by Mario Pagani to raise funds for the people struck by L’Aquila earthquake of the same year, featuring numerous Italian artists. In movies, Sangiorgi composed several soundtracks, among which La febbre, by Alessandro D’Alatri, Una notte blu cobalto, by Daniele Gangemi, and Cemento armato, by Marco Martani. In 2012 he wrote the novel Lo spacciatore di carne, and in 2021 Il tempo di un lento.
