Actress, impressionist, voice over artist, entertainer, TV host and singer, after various experiences in theatre, radio and television, she revealed all her comic talent to the general public in satirical shows such as Mai dire gol (2000) and Mai dire Grande Fratello (2000 and 2002). A versatile multi-talented artist, in 2004 she cohosted the 54th edition of the Sanremo Song Festival with Simona Ventura and hosted her very own TV show Nessundorma (winner of a Flaiano Award), followed by Non perdiamoci di vista in 2008. In the cinema, after her earliest success with Ask Me if I’m Happy (2000), she has starred in several films, including Do you Know Claudia? (2004), Piano, Solo (2007) and Maschi contro femmine (“Guys vs. Girls,” 2010). Between 2005 and 2007 she toured theatres with her monologue entitled The last shall be the last, which won her the ETI “Theatre Olympics” Award and the Theatre Critics Award in 2006. In 2011 she won the David Award for Best Lead Actress for the film Escort in Love. In 2016 she cohosted with Laura Pausini the TV show Laura & Paola. Her most recent films are Something New (2016), Mum or Dad? and Like a Cat on a Highway (2017).
