He is a writer, poet and journalist .
After living in Martina Franca , he moved to Rome, where he was managing editor of the magazine Nuovi Argomenti and junior editor of Mondadori . Dal 2008 si occupa della direzione editoriale di Fandango Libri.Since 2008 he is responsible for the editorial direction of Fandango Libri. Ha scritto e pubblicato poesie, antologie, saggi e romanzi. He wrote and published poetry, anthologies, essays and novels. Collabora con La Repubblica .Collaborates with La Repubblica .
In 2003 he published his first novel Neppure quando è notte (peQuod) and in 2004 . He is the author of Vita precaria  e amore eterno (Mondadori 2006), Il Paese delle spose infelici (Mondadori, 2008) and the most recently Ternitti (Mondadori, 2011).
